We ship our products via USPS first class mail or flat-rate priority. You can order up to an entire pound for one low price of $6.00. If you purchase more than one pound it will go to flat-rate which is only a couple dollars more.
As most products sold on this site are food and bathing products, they are not returnable to byElaine.net. Please contact us for any issue you may have and we will do our best to make it right.
Our herbs are home grown when possible and grown organically. If we must buy outside supplies, we use the most natural, organic (when possible), flavorful, with superior quality that we can get our hands on. We use them in our home because we trust them. No fillers.
The way soap was originally made. Natural colors, natural scents. We are always experimenting with new colors and scents so check back often to find the newest bars and liquid soaps.
Everything we sell has been used in our own home. If it isn’t approved by the family, it isn’t listed on this site. Herb blends are made, tried out, tweaked, and adjusted for approval, before ever being considered to market them. Soaps are made, cured, tried, and adjusted for approval again. You won’t be disappointed.
