So, this is South Carolina Barbeque sauce! You won’t find this made anywhere else. The sauce I grew up on! This is my own blend of mustard and spices to recreate a better version than my uncles! It’s Mama’s BBQ Sauce!
It’s mustard based with enough sugar to caramelize, and enough spices to get a little sweat worked up your lip (At least it does for me). My husband likes it best on chicken, I like it on beef, pork, or chicken.
Ingredients: Mustard, sugar, honey, molasses, Worcestershire, garlic, and spices.
