Many will argue that there is an Eastern NC Sauce and a Western NC Sauce. I assure you that this is a Western NC Barbeque sauce! The ONLY sauce. Vinegar based with a little sugar and spice. Pour it on heavily! Ideal for pulled meats like beef or pork but don’t let that stop you!
Ingredients: Vinegar, sugar, salt, and spices.
